ALL-INCLUSIVE WINTER RENTAL

ALL-INCLUSIVE WINTER RENTAL

Starting December 7th, 2022 through February 28th, 2023, we are opening the entire Farmhouse to rent! Rental will include the whole house, the front yard, fire pits, picnic tables, igloos––the works! Staff and food trucks will be scheduled. Your rental will be offered at an hourly rate, with a minimum of four hours.

  • THE DRAWING ROOM

    Located upstairs and to the right, the Drawing Room is perfect for holiday parties, birthday parties, corporate meetings and events, rehearsal dinners, and more. This space offers a private bathroom and bar with scheduled beertender. The Library, hallway, and porch bathroom are not included in this rental and will remain free of loitering and be made available to walk-up guests.

    Capacity: 20 seated, 45 max

  • THE PARLOR

    Left room on the first floor of the Farmhouse. A great place for intimate, private gatherings or meetings. This space is not suggested for wedding ceremonies. No loitering in the entryway or stairwell, this space must remain available to walk-in guests.

    Capacity: 10 seated, 14 max

    Features: private room, two couches, four chairs, coffee tables, side tables, and fireplace

  • THE COURTYARD

    The outdoor space to the left of the Farmhouse.

    Capacity: 64 seated, 100 max

    Features: 8 round tables (seat 8 each), umbrellas on tables, and an event tent (20ft X 30ft) can be rented for this space by a company of your choosing. We will provide a preferred vendor list.

    Surrounded by a white farm fence for added privacy.

    Private bar optional.

  • THE FAR FRONT YARD

    Located in the front yard to the right as you enter the property, this area is an open space nestled in the trees providing a secluded atmosphere.

    Capacity: 250/300

    Features: a large open space nestled in the trees, power source available.

    Tent, tables, chairs, dance floor, etc. may be rented by a company of your choosing. We will provide a preferred vendor list.

    Private bar optional. Can accommodate a tent of up to 30x75.

  • THE GARDEN

    44X84 grass space in our functioning crop garden.

    Capacity: 150

    Features: a large open space in the center of our garden, power source available.

    Tent, tables, chairs, dance floor, etc. may be rented by a company of your choice. We will offer a preferred vendor list.

    Private bar optional. Can accommodate a tent up to 30X75.

  • FARM TABLES

    Each table is rented individually.

    (x2) 20-person farm tables located under the tent in our Biergarden to the right of the Farmhouse. Perfect for birthday parties, baby showers, office gatherings, etc.

    Capacity: 20 each table

    Features: gather with friends, family, or work co-workers right in the middle of all the action. You will be under the tent with walk-up first come first serve guests that will be allowed to occupy the other tables under the tent. Your guests will need to sit at your rented table(s), not the surrounding communal tables.

  • THE AIRSTREAM

    Located next to our General Store across from the Courtyard, our vintage Airstream is perfect for date night, girls’ night out, guys’ cigar night, as well as weddings, meetings, and work events.

    Capacity: 10

    Features: indoor Seating space for 10, bathroom+running water, air conditioning, power source available, blue tooth speaker, outdoor picnic table, (x6) lawn chairs, propane fire barrel, 10X10 tent w/ string lights

  • POP-UP PARTY

    This option is for those who would like to host a gathering but NOT rent a space.

    ALL POP-UP PARTIES CAN BE HELD IN THE FRONT YARD, NOT IN THE HOUSE, AND NOT UNDER THE TENT, YOU MAY NOT USE MULTIPLE PICNIC TABLES FOR YOUR GATHERING.

    If you need more space than one picnic table, please review and consider one of the rental space options. We are happy to assist you with your rental needs.

    You are allowed to use ONE picnic table at a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis. Use the picnic table for your meeting/check-in spot.

    You may decorate this ONE table–please remove all decorations before you leave. YOU MAY BRING A CAKE OR CUPCAKES; NO OTHER OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK IS ALLOWED.

    We offer grazing boards that you can order through our in-house catering director.

    We also suggest that you request your guests to bring lawn chairs to that you can sit together close to your picnic table.

  • CATERING

    When renting space, you can have your event catered or bring in outside food.

    Our Catering Director offers a heavy hors d’oeuvres/tapas menu, we are happy to recommend full menu caterers, or you can bring your own!
