THE DRAWING ROOM
Located upstairs and to the right, the Drawing Room is perfect for holiday parties, birthday parties, corporate meetings and events, rehearsal dinners, and more. This space offers a private bathroom and bar with the option to schedule a beer tender for an additional fee.
Capacity: 20 seated, 45 max
Features: 8 tap lines (when booked with a private bartender), private bathroom, seating for 20
Hour Rental Rate: $200 per hour
$200 bar tab minimum/2-hour minimum rental time
Bar does not come staffed

THE PARLOR
Left room on the first floor of the Farmhouse. A great place for an intimate, private gathering or meetings.
Capacity: 10 seated, 14 max
Features: private room, two couches, four chairs, coffee tables and side tables, fireplace
Hourly Rental Rate: $100 per hour
$50 bar tab minimum/2-hour minimum rental time

THE COURTYARD
The outdoor space to the left of the Farmhouse. Surrounded by white farm fence for added privacy
Capacity: 64 seated, 100 max
Features: 8 round tables (seat 8 each) Umbrellas on tables, romantic café lighting for nighttime events.
Private bar optional for an additional fee.
Hour Rental Rate: $300 per hour
$350.00 bar tab minimum/2-hour minimum rental time

POP-UP PARTY
This option is for those who would like to host a gathering but NOT rent a space. We welcome all Pop-up Parties to join us but appreciate the communication and heads-up so we can staff appropriately.
Please consider the following Rules and Guidelines for Pop Up Parties:
Please email events@farmhousebrewingva.com to let us know of your party, date and time. Please know that just because you sent an email to inform us of your group, does NOT mean that we will be reserving any tables or spaces. (If you need more space than one picnic table, or a guaranteed space please review and consider one of the rental space options above)
Do not send anyone from your group more than 30 minutes before the event time starts to hold tables (please help us be respectful to the rest of the general public)
You may NOT bring in any outside food unless it is a Celebration cake or Dessert.
PLEASE no confetti, glitter or decorations that will harm the environment of the Farmhouse.
You may NOT bring a temporary Pop-Up tent in case of rain or to provide shade.
Lawn chairs and blankets are welcome!
